Easy-O-Fit® Fan Dust Filters conventional fan filters are installed on the front grille. This is done because the motor located behind the rear grille makes attachment at that point very difficult. Since the air is first drawn through the rear grille and then blown through the front grille, the front grille filters have no effect in pre-filtering the air to keep the fan clean, so dirt collects on both the fan and the grilles.

The latex-free elastic nonwoven fabrics are used in new Easyfit® fan filters. Their advantage is in the easy installation to the rear grille, secure positioning and excellent air filtration thus preventing dirt deposits on the grilles and the fan blades.
This filter is made using two strips of elastic nonwoven fabrics sealed on two sides to form a belt or a short envelope with two large open ends. An automatic machine can produce 200 pieces per minute and approximately 3.6 million pieces a month with minimum converting cost.
Easyfit® fan filter is first stretched to cover on front grille, and then pull and move it to the back to cover the rear grille. The dirt would be effectively filtered out on the filter before the air going through the fan.
With the low cost and simple installation Easyfit® fan filters, it since eliminates the need for frequent cleaning of the fan blades and grilles.
